We offer coaching programs for executives and their teams, as well as career evolution coaching for those in major career pivots.

INDIVIDUAL COACHING

Despite advancing rapidly in their careers, many executives feel isolated and lack an independent, objective sounding board or thought partner who has the perspective and business acumen to understand their work environment and context.

If you are transitioning into a new role, facing a team challenge, or want to shape an intentional future path, we provide objective, experienced counsel when it matters most.

All coaching engagements start with a no obligation ‘chemistry session’, either face-to-face in London or remotely via video conference or phone call. During this conversation we will discuss your objectives, our coaching approach and then suggest a programme to suit your specific requirements and preferences. Most individual coaching engagements fall into two categories:

(i) Strategic career review
Consists of three coaching sessions with a structured approach to offer you a career reflection point, to explore career scenarios and identify next steps. Or alternatively, a place to address a current specific work challenge.

(ii) Tailored executive coaching programme
Typically consists of 6-8 coaching sessions typically over a 9 to 12 month period. Often a selection of key stakeholder interviews is part of the programme to generate input for the coaching objectives. A tailored programme is suitable for executives in or preparing for role transitions or those facing more complex challenges involving multiple stakeholders.


TEAM COACHING

We strongly believe that effective team development takes place predominantly ‘on the job’ while the team is working together, rather than as a separate team activity. This approach allows us to improve team dynamics in an efficient and effective manner – an attractive value proposition for both individuals and their organizations.

Team coaching engagements are fully bespoke. We start with a diagnosis consisting of a discussion with the CEO or team leader and targeted interviews with all or selected team members. This diagnosis is the basis for a specific engagement proposal which can be adjusted along the way depending on the team’s progress.
