Mirko is a business coach and mentor to executives of multinational corporations operating in a broad range of industries (e.g. chemical, energy, financial services, luxury goods, media etc). He brings 30 years of experience as a partner of The Boston Consulting Group, advising clients in business strategy, corporate governance and organisational development.
Mirko focuses on discovering the “real” strengths of his clients and how to leverage those more when addressing business issues they face in their executive role and for their own personal development (as opposed to “fixing” weaknesses and short comings). When coaching boards, he helps them design a modus operandi that builds and reinforces trust and their ability to deal constructively with conflict through mutual learning from board members’ diversity of abilities (rather than focus on minimising differences and overemphasising the need to harmonise)
