Yda Bouvier LTD was founded in 2008 to provide executive coaching and leadership development. Since then, Yda has developed strong partnerships with a select group of experienced senior coaches and executive advisors with whom she collaborates.
Our work is grounded in hands-on experience in strategy, organisational leadership and executive advisory across global markets. Our clients are leaders in multinational corporations, professional and financial services firms, industrial and technology organisations, as well as government and not-for-profit institutions.
Yda Bouvier
Yda Bouvier is an executive coach, leadership facilitator, physicist and sailor. She has a natural ability to blend business understanding with personal insight and critical thinking.
In her work, Yda builds a strong foundation by establishing a relationship that is both supportive and challenging. She will work with you to understand, untangle and develop the different parts of your identity, and to navigate a balance amongst them that meets your ambitions and fits your life. Yda has a keen interest in neurobiology and how leaders and coaches can apply insights from this field.
Earlier in her career, Yda spent over ten years with The Boston Consulting Group ("BCG"). Her experience includes international corporate strategy and post merger integration projects across industries.
Yda holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and an MSc in Applied Physics from Delft University. She is a PCC certified coach and level 2 trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Rebecca Rumsey
Rebecca is a creative coach who helps individuals and teams find ways to become outstanding. She has particular specialism in helping people grow in confidence, manage change and build stronger, more productive relationships in ways that support the commercial realities of the organisation. Her overriding principle is that the more individuals understand about themselves, the better they can understand how they work with others.
Rebecca has been an independent executive coach for over 10 years after spending the first 15 years of her career in HR (retail and a non-departmental Government body). She works across a wide range of sectors including professional services, financial services, telecom, engineering, retail, food production as well as government, not for profit and charity sectors.
MIKE BARKHAM
Mike has broad and deep business experience from over 25 years in professional services. As a client facing partner he advised multi-national companies on IT, risk management, business and people issues. He has now worked for 10 years as a coach, studied psychology and neurobiology, and practises (and also teaches) Tai Chi.
Mike mostly works one to one with senior individuals, or with coaching groups on senior leadership development programmes. His approach links psychology with neurobiology, and his focus is on patterns of perception, because to do things differently people need to see things differently. Mike has extensive experience within Financial Services, yet has worked with clients in most sectors. In terms of cultural diversity, he has coached individuals or groups from all the major European countries, the Nordic region, the US, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.
PETER MELROSE
Peter works with senior business executives as individuals as well as with intact leadership teams to leverage team effectiveness. He focusses his change and development work on helping leaders and their teams see clearly the goals ahead and to face up to the personal challenge of real behaviour change to meet business and personal goals.
Peter was in the Hay Group for 13 years from 1990 where he became a Director and shareholder. He participated in the global Hay Group top team effectiveness research with Professor Richard Hackman of Harvard University. Previously he worked in other consulting firms and his early career was spend in the Civil service. Peter’s coaching clients are senior executives in global institutions across industries.

Bossert Associates is a Munich based international firm, supporting clients with professional and high quality consulting, coaching and training services – with a focus on the design and implementation of executive development programs. Furthermore, Bossert Associates runs an internationally recognised coaching academy with ACTP accreditation.
Katja Bossert, founder and managing director, works worldwide as an executive coach and specialist in leadership development. Katja helps executive teams to realise their combined strength, to resolve deep lying conflicts and to create a common agenda. Mirko nikolic
Mirko is a business coach and mentor to executives of multinational corporations operating in a broad range of industries (e.g. chemical, energy, financial services, luxury goods, media etc). He brings 30 years of experience as a partner of The Boston Consulting Group, advising clients in business strategy, corporate governance and organisational development.
Mirko focuses on discovering the “real” strengths of his clients and how to leverage those more when addressing business issues they face in their executive role and for their own personal development (as opposed to “fixing” weaknesses and short comings). When coaching boards, he helps them design a modus operandi that builds and reinforces trust and their ability to deal constructively with conflict through mutual learning from board members’ diversity of abilities (rather than focus on minimising differences and overemphasising the need to harmonise)
Trassa Meegan
Through her signature warmth and empathy as a coach, Trassa works with clients to co-create a safe space for discovery, change and growth. Her style is person-centred, anchored in secure relationships of trust. She supports and challenges each client to raise their awareness, understand blind-spots, build confidence, and explore their own style of authentic leadership.
Trassa brings into her work 20+ years in leadership coaching, strategy consulting, academia and performance. She spent over a decade with The Boston Consulting Group in London. Her experience includes organisational design, operating models and change management across industries. She managed BCG’s in-house team coaching programme regionally, training coaches, and facilitating complex multi-disciplinary teams. Trassa also holds a PhD in Theoretical Physics from Trinity College Dublin, and has performed widely as a professional singer and actress.
Sarah Le Roy
Sarah’s perspective is shaped by more than two decades of leadership experience inside global organizations. She has led human capital strategy and advised executive teams operating across North America, Europe, and Asia, supporting businesses through international growth, restructuring, and post-transaction integration in highly regulated and culturally complex environments.
Having served as Chief Human Resources Officer and senior people leader within public companies, private equity portfolio businesses, and founder-led organizations, Sarah brings an operator’s lens to her advisory work. Her experience spans professional services, life sciences, manufacturing, financial services, and technology, informing practical guidance that balances strategic intent with operational reality. In her consulting work in talent advisory and development, she led the assessment practice and the high-performance team practice for Linkage a premier leadership development firm.
